Refund Policy

We want to be clear and transparent about our refund and cancellation rules. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking an event, coaching package, photoshoot, or other service with us.

This policy applies to all services offered by Sarah Rus, in addition to our Terms of Service.

Please note: matchmaking services are no longer offered.

1. Coaching Programs & Clarity Calls

• Non-refundable: Coaching services (private, group, or self-paced programs) and Clarity Calls are non-refundable once purchased.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Membership Subscriptions: If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the next payment date. No refunds are provided for unused days in the cycle.

2. Private Photoshoots

• Non-refundable: Once booked, photoshoots are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Educational Events & Social Gatherings

We run two kinds of events, and the rules differ:

• Social events & gatherings: Non-refundable, but your ticket may be transferred to another person at the host’s discretion. If you change your mind or can no longer attend, the ticket cannot be refunded.
• Educational events (workshops, talks & coaching workshops): Non-refundable, but you may reschedule or request a credit note toward a future educational event or coaching workshop.
• If Sarah Rus cancels: If we cancel or postpone an event due to low numbers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a refund, credit, or transfer to another similar event if available.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
