Terms of Service

Disclaimer: Sarah Rus provides educational resources, coaching, and personal development services. We are not therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. The information we provide is for general educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Sarah Rus ABN 54136792559, Victoria, Australia (“Sarah Rus”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a program, attending an event, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and where applicable, our other Agreements.

Certain services may also be subject to additional legal terms found in our Full Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Sarah Rus provides coaching and personal development services including but not limited to:

• Private and group coaching packages (e.g. the Relationship Activation Program), and VIP Days.
• Self-paced courses and programs.
• Consult Calls (20-minute consultations) and Clarity Calls (complimentary, gifted, or paid).
• Free resources (downloadable guides, email series).
• Photoshoots.
• Events & social gatherings (e.g. the Good Conversation Club, Street Art Walks, coaching workshops, and similar experiences).

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to access our services.
• By engaging our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are listed in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required upfront before services commence, except where a service is expressly gifted or complimentary.
• Payments are accepted via the mastercoaches.net website, PayPal, Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, digital wallets) or direct bank transfer.
• A tax invoice/receipt will be emailed once payment is received.
• Recurring coaching memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Coaching & Photoshoots: Non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Social Events: Non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person at our discretion, with prior approval.
• Rescheduling: Coaching calls, consultations, educational workshops, or photoshoots may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

5. Delivery of Services

• Coaching: Delivered online via Zoom or a digital course platform; group calls run on fixed schedules.
• Photoshoots: Typically 2 hours in person, with edited photos delivered digitally.
• Social Events: Held on advertised dates and venues.

6. Important Disclaimers

• Sarah Rus does not guarantee specific outcomes; you remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
• You are responsible for your own safety, wellbeing, and choices at events, sessions, or meetings.
• Attendees and clients must treat each other with respect, courtesy, and confidentiality.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• Any personal or sensitive information shared during coaching, sessions, or events is confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• All materials, resources, and programs remain the intellectual property of Sarah Rus and may not be copied or distributed.
• By participating, you consent to Sarah Rus using photos, video, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless you object in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarah Rus’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for the behaviour or actions of other attendees, clients, or third parties.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms, act unlawfully, or behave inappropriately.
• You may cancel your coaching membership at any time via your account dashboard, or by contacting us.
• Termination does not remove obligations that survive (e.g., confidentiality, intellectual property).

10. Supplemental Agreements

Some of our services come with their own agreement that explains the details (like what’s included, timelines, and payment terms). These apply in addition to our general Terms of Service.

The main ones are:

• VIP Days
• Group Coaching Agreement (3 months)
• Private One-to-One Coaching Agreement (3–6 months)

By booking or purchasing these services, you agree to the relevant agreement as well as our general Terms of Service.

If anything in a service agreement is different from these Terms, the service agreement takes priority for that program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will first attempt mediation, then be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
